Four Trucks, One Boiler House: Exporting a 25 t/h Oil/Gas Fired Steam Boiler

Large boilers often cannot be loaded into a container in one piece, so a well-planned split shipment is the key to the project. The boiler body of this 25 t/h oil/gas fired steam boiler went on a frame trailer, and three high-cube containers carried the auxiliaries — four trucks set off together.

At 25 t/h this is a high-capacity industrial boiler, intended for large industrial parks and factories abroad where continuous steam, safety and a complete auxiliary package are essential.

A fully automatic PLC control system provides interlocks for water level, pressure and flame failure, giving steady steam output for long, uninterrupted production. All electrical, combustion and heat-exchange auxiliaries are supplied, packed in standard containers and protected against knocks during the voyage.

We know the special-equipment rules of many countries and supply a complete heat-source system rather than a boiler alone — so the customer does not have to source accessories from several suppliers.

The split-shipping plan is drawn up at the start of the project around the local sea-freight conditions. Every item is fully tested before leaving the works, the relevant international certification is supplied, and remote commissioning and maintenance guidance follow.
