Rubber and plastics production depends on circulating hot water at a steady temperature. We delivered a CWNS0.7-85/60-Y.Q oil/gas fired hot water boiler with low-NOx burner, PLC control cabinet, water tank and pre-fabricated piping — and trained the operators on site.
Rubber and plastics plants rely on circulating hot water throughout production — for heating materials, keeping moulds at temperature and trace-heating the workshop. Any temperature swing shows up directly in the quality of the moulded product.
For this plant we delivered a CWNS oil/gas fired hot water boiler with a low-NOx burner, PLC control cabinet, water tank and complete thermal piping, working together as one system.
The horizontal boiler is rated at 0.7 MW, with 85 °C supply and 60 °C return. Its precise temperature control suits vulcanising, drying of raw materials and pipe trace heating.
The low-NOx burner optimises the air–fuel ratio to cut nitrogen oxide emissions, meeting environmental rules at home and abroad and easing environmental approval.
The PLC monitors temperature and pressure, starts and stops the boiler automatically and adjusts the load — simple to operate. Our service engineers travelled to the site to give the operators standard operating training for daily checks and troubleshooting.
The piping was pre-fabricated in our works and joined on site, and an insulated water tank can be connected to complete the hot water circuit.
Rubber and plastics plants run continuously, so reliability is essential. The boiler has multiple safety interlocks, runs steadily and fails rarely. It is modular and pre-commissioned before delivery, so installation is quick, and on-site service is available afterwards.
