Two Containers, One System: Shipping a Complete 4 t/h WNS Boiler Package

In short

When a complete boiler package is too large for one container, the loading plan becomes part of the engineering. This 4 t/h WNS oil/gas fired steam boiler and all its auxiliaries were split across two containers, protected item by item and lashed for the voyage.

01Splitting a complete system across containers

As overseas projects multiply, shipping a complete boiler system in several containers has become routine. Because of the overall dimensions and the volume of accessories, this 4 t/h WNS steam boiler and its package were divided between two standard containers.

02Protection matched to each part

The WNS horizontal boiler runs steadily with flexible load adjustment, and a low-NOx option meets the emission rules of different countries. This was a complete supply — besides the boiler, it included the burner, steam header, piping and valves, and water treatment equipment.

For a multi-part export we protect each item differently: the boiler is wrapped in several layers of stretch film against moisture and dust, and precision components and small accessories go into their own wooden crates.

Load and space are balanced across the two containers, and the team tightens the lashing straps inside each one so nothing shifts at sea.

03A routine, not a one-off

Shipping a boiler overseas is not a single loading job but a standard process refined over many projects: split loading, export packing and international documentation. Every unit passes a strict performance test before leaving the works, so installation can begin as soon as it arrives.

From selection and manufacture to complete supply and technical support, our export team stays with the project. See more steam boilers.
