Most enquiries start with “What capacity do I need?” The better first question is “What is the steam for?” A laundry, a beverage plant and a pharmaceutical factory need very different boiler configurations — and tonnage is the last thing to decide.

Four Trucks, One Boiler House: Exporting a 25 t/h Oil/Gas Fired Steam Boiler
A 25 t/h boiler will not fit in a shipping container. For this overseas industrial project, the boiler body travelled on a frame trailer and the complete auxiliaries in three high-cube containers — four trucks leaving together with the whole heat-source system.

Rubber and plastics production depends on circulating hot water at a steady temperature. We delivered a CWNS0.7-85/60-Y.Q oil/gas fired hot water boiler with low-NOx burner, PLC control cabinet, water tank and pre-fabricated piping — and trained the operators on site.
