In food, laundry and pharmaceutical plants, many companies want high evaporation, low maintenance and compliant emissions — but not a large boiler. The WFR once-through gas steam generator combines the advantages of inspection-free equipment with high efficiency and smart control.
The WFR is manufactured to NB/T 10941-2022 and T/CEEIA 727-2024, the standards for once-through boilers. Rated evaporation reaches 1000 kg/h with steam at 184 °C.
Unlike a conventional boiler, it does not need complex special-equipment supervision procedures, which saves staff time and management effort. It starts quickly, adjusts over a wide load range, and its low-NOx combustion cuts pollutants at the source — suitable for sites with strict environmental controls.
Multi-level interlocks respond quickly to low water, overpressure, abnormal current and combustion faults. Remote start and stop and communication with a host computer allow several units to be controlled as a group, so the plant can manage its heat sources centrally.
Automatic water treatment, clean steam piping and skid integration are available to suit different processes.
The WFR suits small and medium companies whose production load varies a lot: cooking and sterilising in food plants, washing and drying linen in laundries, pharmaceutical pre-treatment and small chemical reactions.
