01Clean, dry steam without combustion
02Delivered as one integrated skid
Each package leaves the factory as one unit: the water distribution, valve groups and base frame are all prefabricated. Skid-mounted water treatment and clean steam piping kits can be added, which reduces installation work on site and shortens the time to start-up.
Non-standard power supplies can be built to order, so the same design serves projects in China and overseas.
03Protection per module, control for the whole station
Every module has its own water-level monitoring, linked to the interlocks of the skid’s master control. If one module sees low water or overpressure, only that module shuts down — the rest of the station keeps supplying steam.
Remote IoT cloud control shows the operating data of the whole skid and lets several skid stations be managed together, which reduces the need for operators on site. For difficult water, corrosion-resistant heating elements extend the service life of the equipment.
04Where the WFD fits
The WFD series covers 300–1000 kg/h at 0.8 MPa, with steam at 175 °C, and can be configured to order. It suits large industrial parks, plants with many points of use running at the same time, projects that need uninterrupted steam, and sites that want to add capacity later.
