• Stable pressure, quality steam. Built-in PID pressure control works with the PLC to coordinate several heating groups. Pressure stays steady even when demand changes, and the generous steam space keeps producing high-quality saturated steam.
• Complete protection. Interlocks cover phase sequence, overpressure, low water, overcurrent, earth leakage and sensor short or open circuits. Faults trigger an automatic shutdown, and all electrical components are CCC, CE or UL certified brands.
• Smart and connected. A programmable PLC with touch-screen panel shows Chinese and English, supports remote operation and displays live operating data. A wide range of sizes can run in parallel, and the power supply can be built to the standard of any country.
